TERMS of SERVICES

 

PRICING:

For most design services, I require a 40% down payment up front upon beginning the project. This secures your project in my schedule. The balance will be due upon completion of the project, or before final delivery of files if we are working on your new visual brand.

PRICES MAY CHANGE:

Prices and project details may be subject to change with notice. Prices may also change depending on branding add-ons and project details.

TIMELINES + START DATES:

Actual timelines will depend on final project details and requests, branding add-ons, if holidays fall mid-project, etc. When we can start our project depends on my current availability.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

My process is collaborative and thus, we both have responsibilities to help ensure a beautiful and successful final product. I promise to respect your time and our set schedule, and I ask all my clients to do the same by being timely with providing feedback, sending content, etc. Major delays in client responses may result in our project being pushed back in my schedule and delay fees.

 

REVISIONS:

Each step in the design process includes 1-2 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions are charged at 15 minute intervals based on an hourly rate of $60.

FINAL FILES DELIVERED:

All logos + marks in color and black. File formats: · Web site + Social Media (JPG, PNG) · Print-ready (PDF, JPG) Vector / Source File (PDF, EPS) PDF for your files.
